Historia
For the past 800 years, Logan has been focused on one thing. Revenge. Nothing else mattered until one night when a small woman with the bluest eyes that he’d ever seen took him by surprise with a well-placed dagger. Now, the only thing he wants is to forget about her, but with every glance, brush of her fingertips, and touch, Logan finds himself wanting the one thing that he couldn’t have. One. More. Bite.

Fantastic! As good as book one
Revisado: 02-26-25
The story we had been waiting for and the writing, fun, love, and just overall joy that makes you come back and read again and again.
This book gives me the same feeling feelings that I got from book one that made me read it over and over.
100% worth the wait.
And so glad that the story unfolded the way it did and the old writing style is back

The best in the series
Revisado: 10-31-24
Personally, I think this is the best one in the series. it kept me involved, intrigued, and just enough mystery and hearts and kisses to make it a peaceful sweet story.
The ghosts were a lot more fun in this one for me .
So where I was not a huge fan of the previous books and I found them hard to finish. I did enjoy this one.

****Don't miss this first book in the brand new Wolves of Winter's Edge standalone series from T. S. Joyce**** Gentry Striker is right back where he swore he would never be again—his hometown. All he has to do is tie up some loose ends and escape the darkness that has enveloped this place, but he can feel his destiny pulling him deeper into the shadows of this old town. The local pack has been taken over by one seriously unstable alpha, and Gentry is a rogue on a mission to escape. That is, until a striking beauty grabs his attention and demands to stay at the home he is renting out. The ...

It’s a short opener
Revisado: 08-16-24
It’s a quick listen. Not a deep story by any means, but an okay opener for this leg of the story line. Easy on the ears even for a computerized voice.

Love this series!!
Revisado: 12-18-23
Absolutely love this series. The only thing that I don’t like or maybe I should say enjoy is that there’s so much detail and information is drawn out except for when she is at the palace that is wrapped up nice and tight and over super quick. Or at least compared to everything else. It is.

Now, she’s coming to realize that everything she’s ever known is wrong. Soren wants to be the kind of Shade that all Shades aspire to be: brave, decisive, powerful. It wasn’t the first but still…
Revisado: 12-06-23
Admittedly, it’s not as good as the first one. But if you can get past the initial personality of the lead female, and make it to the end highly redeeming.
If you’re in the psychology and you understand why the lead female is as cold and prickly and you’re willing to accept it. It’s cool.
For me it did start to rub me raw and I was really close to putting the book on the back burner because of the “coldness”. Glad it kept having redeeming moments to keep me going.
And oh my goodness the set up for the next book chefs kiss … (well for me anyways) I want the next one!

Historia
Ophelia was born into a family of Hunters, tasked with protecting the humans from the creatures of the night who feast on their fear. Except Ophelia always found the idea of monsters kind of intriguing. She even made the grave sin of committing some X-rated monster thoughts to paper—which in hindsight may not have been the best idea because her parents were mortified—but you live and learn. Well, everyone finds out your secret, you get banished from society, and then you learn.

Much better than expected
Revisado: 12-04-23
completely worth the credit or the buy or however, you get to enjoy this book. I am absolutely devastated. There is only one more in this series that I’m aware of at the moment.
Granted, there are a few things that yes like anybody else I can nitpick like I wish they would explore certain topics a little bit more or go into more detail on other areas. But overall, it’s an enjoyable listen and or read really glad that I went ahead and bought this one.

Historia
Everyone expected Violet Sorrengail to die during her first year at Basgiath War College-Violet included. But Threshing was only the first impossible test meant to weed out the weak-willed, the unworthy, and the unlucky. Now the real training begins, and Violet’s already wondering how she’ll get through. It’s not just that it’s grueling and maliciously brutal, or even that it’s designed to stretch the riders’ capacity for pain beyond endurance. It’s the new vice commandant, who’s made it his personal mission to teach Violet exactly how powerless she is–unless she betrays the man she loves.

DNF: it was just exhausting
Revisado: 11-27-23
This was a DNF for me.
My teenage daughter finished it, but she even had to take a break. This was just exhausting, maybe it’s better if you read it but if you’re doing audible, it’s just never ending and it’s exhausting.
This girl couldn’t catch a break. it was just continuous drama, nonstop BS and very little actually added to the storyline for me. It was just drama problem after more drama after BS and I buy chapter 15 or maybe 20 I was over it. And DNF by 38 maybe.

Historia
Born under a hunter's moon, abandoned as a child, I was raised to be a powerful sorceress - okay, a mediocre sorceress. All right, I'm good at glamour and can make things sparkle, if my spells don't backfire. It was foretold long ago that I was a child of prophecy that would unite the fae and humans of Candor. The only problem, no one told me, and now the king wants me dead. For I am Eden, one of the adoptive daughters of Lady Eville, and I have to attend the royal masquerade ball - not to win a prince, but to avenge my parents. Even if it means pretending to be a fairy godmother....

Cute, sweet and palate refresher
Revisado: 11-17-23
A second look in the series is sweet, cute. It is everything that you need in a feel good love story that has magic, backstabbing, mystery just overall good story.
Like all stories, there’s a few things that are going to rub somebody the wrong way or it’s gonna not tickle your fancy in every way known to man.
But so far, it’s a good series that hits all the good things. And they’re interconnecting stories but also their own. So you’re not gonna get burnt out on them

Historia
Everyone dreams of marrying a prince - except for me. I am nothing more than a pawn in my adoptive mother's diabolical plot against the seven kingdoms. I was the chosen tool, her sharpened blade that would cut the deepest into the heart of the kingdom of Baist. But like all deadly weapons, my wedding is two-edged sword that could cost me my soul. For I am Rosalie, one of the adopted daughters of Lady Eville, and it is my duty to enter into a loveless and hate-filled marriage with the narcissistic Crown Prince of Baist.

Better than anticipated.
Revisado: 11-16-23
Truly better than anticipated and well worth the read/listen.
Spoiler::kinda::
My only hangup was the constant back-and-forth with the prince and the appearance of him being with other women. Well maybe 2 hang up’s but I mixed these together because they always seem to coincide, the continuous physical harming of our heroin by said prince.
But once you get over those two things really cannot wait till the next book. I’m on my way.

Historia
Tylene McClaine, black sheep of the McClaine Half Moon Hollow werewolf pack, has spent a lifetime blocking out the criticisms of her boisterous pack. They say she’s too bookish, too sarcastic, and worst of all, too picky when it comes to finding a nice werewolf boy and settling down. But when she meets vampire and Half Moon Hollow music teacher Alex Bonfils, Tylene starts to wonder if she could create the life she’s always wanted.

Absolutely love this book!
The characters are adorable, loving, everything you want, and your family and your best friend.
Reading this will put you in a good mood, you’ll find yourself, smiling, and rolling your eyes at the same time.
I think most people can relate to some aspect, or one of the characters in this book.
