Poor narration

Great story, excitement from every page. What almost
made me stop listening was the monotone narration. The excitement & suspense was muted by the boring voice of the narrator. No character voice distinction, excitement, fear or enthusiasm ever came thru on the audible version of this heart pounding adventure.

No voice changes, female, male voices sounded the same. Wanting to know the ending I listened to the end. Would not read/listen to this author again.

Good story, disappointing narration

I enjoyed the story, characters & suspnse. i think the audible version needed a narrator who immersed themselves into each character and gave the audience a real feel for their emotions. I finished listening to the book but would not recommend the audio version to friends.

Awesome underwater thriller

Great characters, realistic but threatening storyline, awesome narration. Enjoyed the delayed ending of events with positive outcomes. Scott Brick is a great, effective narrator of all books I've found. Very enjoyable listen.

Good story. Narrator lacking

Story kept me guessing, author created several likely suspects one of whom turned out to be the killer.
Narrator lacked the ability to differentiate character voices with the exception of the baby. Might listen to another story by this author. Hopefully narrator will be more skilled.

Terrifyingly realistic

Wowza! Makes you realize how Blessed we are to have free will to make decisions regarding all aspects of our lives. The story shows how easy it would be for everyone to have all choices made for them to become "model" citizens as defined by government standards. Excellent crime novel to boot!

intrigued by storyline, characters and dragon antics. Very disappointed by narrator with failure to differentiate character voices and monotone descriptions. Will not continue this series.

BEAUTIFUL STORY

Hard to put down. Gripped me from the first chapter. A well-developed plot, interesting characters, mystery, romance and intrigue made for a five-star novel.

Excellent.... leap into the future

Takes place nine yrs into the future, absolutely plausible. Narrator used excellent voice differences for primary charactors. Loved the robot voice. Great listen.
