It teaches you on how to reprogrammed your negative thinking to something positive and used it to empower yourself.Great and well detailed information! CBT is a good self help therapy for those who have a negative patterns of thoughts in my opinion, because it deals with the core issues of your minds,based on the discussions in this book.

Awesome!!!! So easy not overwhelmed. Another language for me is so hard but I learned so much out of this audiobook than a whole year in high school. There are very important thing to learn when constructing a sentence, especially in what you are going to say.
