I have read over 1,000 books and this is by far the worst

it reads as if Mr beast paid him to write a book a kut how brilliant Mr beast is. he spends an entire paragraph preaching how genius Mr beast video editing is without giving any credence to the fact that they gave away 13 brand new sports cars away in the video!!!!!!! how can you use that as an example to new YouTubers? this guy is a joke. don't waste your time getting this book.

a must listen

frankly, I'm biased because Linda is my/our marriage counselor. So take my review with a grain of salt if you will. For me, this book was important in helping reinforce the bottom line facts that marriage is hard, and that we are all struggling with many of the same challenges. simply realizing this can have an effect on how you think about your current situation. this is a must read for anyone looking to improve their marriage.

finally! a book detailing the Polish campaign

I've read nearly 300 books on WW2, and have been craving for more blow by blow details on the Polish campaign. Case White checked all the boxes. It is a must read for all WW2 enthusiast. kudos to the narrator for doing a fantastic job

historically inaccurate and poorly written.

Where do I begin? very disappointed... not only is this book so poorly written, making it painful to listen to, It is also historically flawed. (memories of seeing pictures of Jesus on her grandmother's wall in Stalins Russia... ) just one small example of dozens which compiles to a complete farce of history. Holocaust deniers undoubtedly point to this book as an attempt to disprove the Holocaust.

this book is utterly ridiculous. I think the best way to describe it is by putting it in the same category as those so-called "historians" whom claim that Hitler escaped his Berlin bunker. Even worse, the "evidence" the author uses to prove his points can easily be debunked by the average WW2 enthusiast I advise you not waste your time with this book.

should have included Rommel in the title...

historical mistake makes me question the book.

I am a fan of Alex Kershaw which makes me all the more confused when he talks about use of MG42 in the capture of France. this is of course historically inaccurate as the gun was not developed until the year 1942. Such a simple mistake forces me to question Alex work...

why the British accent?

I can't wrap my mind around as to why they used a British accent... not wasn't only the accent, it was also the fact that British slang was used. the entire experience left me feeling like I was listening to a children's novel, except with bloodshed.
