The characters were vivid, touchable and relatable to me as a minority and as a woman. I read/listened to the book by what most would describe as chance. I think it was by the same force they the author wrote the book. I believe she wrote by the intent of her destiny and I read it for the same reason, except as a listener. Ms. keep on writing on!!!
