Wow! Understandable, relatable, executable…and so much more!

So happy to have found this podcast. I feel like Russ is so relatable and that he totally understands me! He has a very humorous yet honest perspective on life as a late diagnosed ADHD adult. His podcast helps you feel like you’re not alone, you are understood and supported. He has great ideas and tools as well as exposure to so many perspectives and professionals that also dig deeper into so many parts of ADHD that I never even realized were connected. Also, his podcasts have a great balance of short and sweet weekly pods, yet, when necessary, some great longer pods with other ADHD experts talking about such important topics. I look forward to starting my week with his podcasts every Monday and have gone back and re-listened to so many episodes. Thanks Russ!!!!

Historia
When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Nearly 10 years after the launch of the JUUL, Backfired: The Vaping Wars asks: Could e-cigarettes have been the solution to one of the world’s most pressing public health problems—or was this technology doomed to introduce a whole new generation to nicotine, and end up perpetuating an intractable addiction?

Very real and un-biased take on Vaping and how technology is shaping the future
Revisado: 09-05-24
Wow! This was an AMAZING story and the entire presentation was great in so many ways. Loved how they very able to show both sides of the industry and include such personalized stories. The two podcasters actually represented the world of vaping, smoking, and the nicotine industry as it is today. They balanced personal beliefs with science so well and represented the original creators of the vape technology in an interesting light. This podcast was so informative to me and I really appreciated all the facts I have learned and it truly made me think about our society on a deeper level and how much it is changing and how quickly this can happen. Also, they did a great job tying up loose ends with all the final questions they asked and answered in the last two episodes. The icing on the cake was the interview with mom and getting her perspective. So personal, but such a relevant showcase of a very common idea/belief that not everyone can so eloquently present. Thanks for all the hard work on making this podcast and sharing so much important information on this huge industry!

Not Realistic but It has Some Good Ideas
- De Gilbert M. Stack en 01-05-23
Great concepts and quick to listen to
Revisado: 02-20-23
This book has some great concepts and processes to implement. You can take what you want from the recommendations and the “road map” that is provided. The content and length of book is not overwhelming so that makes easier to listen, learn, and implement.
