  • 200 - How Do You Prioritize? We Got Options
    Jul 7 2025

So you got your calendar in order, and it's true? Congrats! If not, listen to episode 199. But now you know how to schedule time in your day. What do you put in those time blocks? What's important. Perhaps you've got weekly buckets that you want to choose important items from, you can get Antonia Bowring's ebook "ADHD Success Planner" .

Perhaps you want a system for determining what's truly a priority, then I recommend looking into Skye Waterson's Prioritization Filter

And the famous way of figuring out priorities is the Eisenhower Matrix. Google it. Then pick the items that are not urgent/important.

As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

So happy to have found this podcast. I feel like Russ is so relatable and that he totally understands me! He has a very humorous yet honest perspective on life as a late diagnosed ADHD adult. His podcast helps you feel like you’re not alone, you are understood and supported. He has great ideas and tools as well as exposure to so many perspectives and professionals that also dig deeper into so many parts of ADHD that I never even realized were connected. Also, his podcasts have a great balance of short and sweet weekly pods, yet, when necessary, some great longer pods with other ADHD experts talking about such important topics. I look forward to starting my week with his podcasts every Monday and have gone back and re-listened to so many episodes. Thanks Russ!!!!

Wow! Understandable, relatable, executable…and so much more!
