Very repetitive

I listen to about 4 to 6 audio books a month. This one was really hard for me to get thru because of the redundancy of her story of why her heart is so guarded. I understand needing word minimums but how about fluffing the story line with other cute side stories.

Grow a backbone

This is the first audible book that I couldn't finish listening to. The "hero" was a complete asshat and the heroine needs to get a grip. What self respecting woman would EVER allow a man to treat her so poorly and keep coming back for more. What a dumbass. I made it to chapter 20 and called it quite. Needless to say I wont be purchasing the next book in this sucky series.

I listen to 4 to 5 audio books per week. This by far has been the worst. I cannot believe how spineless the author makes the main female character, Katie. I mean really where is your pride, self respect and dignity. I understand the strong alpha male character that the authors were aiming for, but really they made Brandon out to be a sleazy piece of shit that was only out to degrade and humiliate the woman he was supposed to be in love with. The narrator was great and I'd love to listen to her read a different book, but all in all I struggled to finish listening to THIS book.
