I got whiplash trying to keep up with Sabrina's emotions in this one. I really like Laurelin's stories but I get so frustrated because every book doesn't have to be a three part series. If I had known this was a Part 1, I probably would have skipped it, at least for now. Although, had I skipped it, I would have missed a really good story, even if it had a bit too much introspection by Sabrina. But I guess when you're dealing with obsession, which is a topic Ms. Paige often writes about, introspection is a great way to expose it. It seems as if Donovan is a master manipulator and plays some serious head games with Sabrina. One thing glossed over in this story is that she was under age when their relationship started, so Donovan was a bit of a predator. The relationship/nonrelationship between Donovan and Sabrina is worthy of a solid head shake. But yet still, I couldn't stop listening -- so maybe I'm the one with the obsession. Warning: There are some dark parts to this book, including an attempted rape and rape fantasies. Overall a very good listen.

Elena Wolfe is just an amazing narrator no matter what name she uses. She puts in a solid performance that can make any book worth listening too.

Definitely worth the credit. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment.

He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not

I absolutely loved everything about this book except, the part where I was totally left hanging..
I usually wait till I can get the second book along with the first when I know it ends with a cliffhanger.
This one just happened to be so appealing to me I couldn't wait.
I just hope it's not a long wait.
I'm a huge Elena Wolfe fan so the narration is partly what drew me to this book.
She of course didn't disappoint.
I was delighted to hear a very sexy well known voice doing the epilogue.
Now I'm anticipating the next book even more.
This book is worth the credit if you don't have issues with rape scenario role play.

I found this book maddening but at the same time I couldn't quit listening. I wanted to throw my phone so many times. It definitely held my interest but how a brilliantly smart, attractive and educated woman keeps letting a man treat her like crap just infuriated me. Sure it happens in a lot of books, but for usually a short period of time. this treatment went on for the entire book and she just kept taking it. How can a woman have such little respect for herself.. I kept yelling at my phone..tell him to f*ck off already! move on. of course, Elena Wolfe did a great narration job and I will move on to the next book because my curiosity is PEEKED. Not sure how a woman gets turned on by rape but I guess to each his own. I am just hoping that Sabrina quits letting Donovan walk all over her in book 2.

Didn't want this series to end. Loved the story and narrator. It had just enough sex to make the story exciting but a great story had to listen the second one right away. Two kinky people finding their way to each other.

Love this book. Not the cliffhanger, but loved it! The story, characters and she has the best voice actors.

Dirty and Filthy leaving me wanting so much more. But at least it ended with out leaving you on the tip of the cliff. I don't think I've read or heard a book of Laurelin Paige I didn't like. But I can't wait for the next book to continue. Will Donavon admit his love? Sabrina already knows the answer, no doubt on her mind. Now the wait begins.

Outstanding in both narrator and story line can't wait for next book ..... I found the relationship in this so engaging that I was drained to it. like no other book

If you’re in the mood for a completely unrealistic, sexy, slutty read then this book is for you! Its fairly well written and measures up nicely to the rest of its ilk, but don’t expect anything substantial. It’s a piece of chocolate cake rather than a steak dinner, but sometimes all you really want is cake.

beware of the triggers in this book...it includes sexual assault (not done by the male lead), obsession/stalking, and rape fantasies.

And to say even with all these triggers that it's still a couple I rooted for, may say a lot about my mental wellbeing. We are lead to believe that Donovan is the sick one, but Sabrinas inner dialogue and fantasies but her far above the innocent prey. but despite everything these two seemed to be made for each other. it's very likely neither of them would be satisfied with less than each other so it was frustrating to watch the push/pull dynamic. I have to also admit I agree with some other reviews I've seen that say Sabrina is kinda annoying. she talks a big game in her head and then just gives in with very little fight.
As for narration, she did pretty good. I've heard this narrator many times so I've gotten used to her tone, which used to annoy the crap out of me. she also doesn't try so hard on her male voices that it's overkill.
