I listen to parts over and over…the underlying tone of “get off your sappy toosh and go” gets me wanting more and knowing I can achieve it. Not usually a person who swears but some words just say it all. Well done, well written, loved the interviews interjected. Left me with wanting more!

Self Help has been my sought-after hobby/passion/desire/need for decades; however, I've often felt it's just a bunch of feel-good raw-raw that works on everyone else. In the meantime, I'm still feeling depressed, stressed, and left out of the winner's club. After 1000's of dollars, I wish I had this first. I cried at every story, seeing myself in everything Mel Robbins described. This is where to start for me and it sounds like for tons of others, too. The Root Cause. The noose around my neck feels as if its loosing it's grip... I can finally move forward and let go of not being able to love and accept myself. More importantly, it's me that has my back. I'm in charge now (not the little green monster in my head) and I have the tools to keep it that way. It's gunna be rough, but we got this!
