This is my second reading of this author, and I find his work extremely helpful! The content is important, and his use of eyewitness accounts gives the stories life that many history authors can’t. If we do not know our history, we will certainly have it repeated upon us.

Great summary of an amazing and brutal time in history.

The author did a great job of describing the lives of these men without ignoring their less virtuous acts, but also without failing to provide contexts for the decisions they made. I wish our modern academics would allow for such a discussion of history. A great read for anyone concerned about a loss of western civilization.

This book describes over 500 biblical prophecies in the order of when they were fulfilled. These include pre-flood times though the first coming of Jesus and into the Middle Ages. The heart of this book is the 53 prophecies fulfilled between 1948 and 2008. The last 11 prophecies between 2008 and the Great Tribulation are also given. All these are documented and interpreted from the ancient Church fathers. The Ancient Church Fathers, including disciples of the 12 apostles, were firmly premillennial, pretribulational, and very pro-Israel.

In The War on the West, Douglas Murray shows how many well-meaning people have been fooled by hypocritical and inconsistent anti-West rhetoric. After all, if we must discard the ideas of Kant, Hume, and Mill for their opinions on race, shouldn’t we discard Marx, whose work is peppered with racial slurs and anti-Semitism? Embers of racism remain to be stamped out in America, but what about the raging racist inferno in the Middle East and Asia?

Wonderfully comprehensive and concise.

I had a hard time setting this book down. The content is very well woven together to put on display the ever-quickening slide into 1984 we seem to be blindly adhering to. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes objective facts and cares about humans. The easiest way ti lose a war is ti not know you’re in one. This book lays out how far the enemy has already advanced and taken ground. Read this book!
