We're all getting older every day, and scientific research has shown that starting in our 20s, some brain functions begin a linear decline. But is old age all doom and gloom? Not at all! While it's true that some functions in the aging brain decline, neuroscientists have discovered that many other brain functions remain stable - or even improve - as we age.

I agree with this book
Revisado: 06-01-22
I agree with the books premise. I am not a fan of the reference for a "Deja vu" person. However, that is a clever way of creating the alternative to our natural selves. I believe this book to be worth your time. This is great place to start your life's journey. Especially for teens and young adults. Easy to read and much better than "The five love languages books ". Read that also just later.

Historia
When you think about Christian history, you might think of the first thousand years - the events of Jesus' life, the acts of the apostles, the establishment of the church, and the various councils that established theological doctrine. But the history of Christianity from the Reformation to the present is equally dramatic and profoundly relevant. It's a story about people as much as theology - our cultures, our politics, our relationship to the world.
