I listened to this book and will definitely apply a lot of the concepts that I learned from it. This is a book that I can already tell that I will listen to over and over. It's that good.

Where does Awakened Mind rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Awakened Mind is one of my top listens at the moment. I first listened to the program all the way through at work but now I am listening to each lesson again in order to really take in the material and ideas that Mitch presents. I really like that the material is compact and easy to digest as the program clocks in at about an hour or so. This makes it very easy for repeat listens.

What about Mitch Horowitz’s performance did you like?

I am familiar with Mitch's narration of many of Neville's writings which I've listened to over the past couple of years. I've been a fan ever since. Mitch's narration is always crystal clear and articulated very well.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Awakened Mind?

I started on the 3-step process which Mitch shared with us from RHJ, author of It Works. The process is very simple and at first it might seem like something so easy is not capable of producing results. But now I see the effect that it has on the mind and I have already achieved some results regarding new employment in just a few days by using the process.

Any additional comments?

Awakened Mind is an excellent masterclass for anyone to take as it is very accessible and the principles discussed are easy to apply to one's own life. I am looking forward to many more masterclasses with Mitch.

Inspiring tale for dream chasers.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this audiobook to a friend because it is inspiring and depicts that when you choose your goal, follow your heart, and persist at working toward your goal, you will ultimately get to where you want to be.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Markus was my favorite character in the book because I can relate to him. At least in my younger years, I was just like him.

Which scene was your favorite?

I really enjoyed listening to the part in the book where Markus is watching the payments for Minecraft accumulate in his PayPal account.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! I started listening to it at work and when it came time to do I didn't really want to leave my desk.

Any additional comments?

The book was so great to listen to. The narrator did an outstanding job at bringing Markus' story to life and easily held my attention throughout the story. Very inspiring listen and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Not my cup of tea...

I don't know if it's just me but I didn't find the book that all entertaining. Also, profane language doesn't bother me in the least but the overuse of the F word seemed diminish the humor behind it all as the book went along. Yes, I realize that's probably the way his father really spoke.

I stopped listening after one hour. But hey, maybe someone else might enjoy it.
