Remarkably Creative and Warm Read

You can’t help but fall in love with the characters; one of which, is an octopus. The book is a cute story and leaves you with a warm, feel good feeling. I enjoyed the different perspectives in the book. There were some parts in the last half that were a bit predictable. But, not so much to dampen the reading experience. I would highly recommend this book.

An advance guide in entrepreneurship

Patrick does a great job of breaking things down and explaining them well. He strictly focuses on the business of doing business.

This is not your typical professional development or entrepreneur book. He talks to you as if you’re looking to get into business or are already doing your own business, but nonetheless, he has a mentor approach in this reading. Highly recommend.

Don’t have to read “crush it” first to read this one!

I really enjoyed this book. I will likely read “Crush It” one of these days, but you certainly don’t need to read it before this book.

This book takes you through the experiences of random people in random professions who committed to social media and then blew up because of it. I especially like that it highlights the obstacles these folks faced as it is very real and it will definitely be heard by the entrepreneur community.

The last words by Gary Vee really Sun it up.
It’s worth the read. Stop researching and start listening!

Great road trip book!

It was an engaging read! The narrator pulls you in. The storyline was unique to say the least.
Some of the chapters were prolonged and dragged a little.
The ending left you a little unsatisfied.

Lawyers, legal industry, detectives, mystery lovers and people from Florida would love this book!

Storyline is great! Had performance issues

The storyline was actually a nice change of pace. An effort at a return to normalcy. It was a fun listen. I noticed that the narration had some awkward delays and felt a little computer/robotic like with the release of responses/narration - Mostly in the beginning, then get better half way through and beyond.
You could listen to this book as long as you’ve heard book 2 at least.

Fast pace - Even better if you’re from FL

Book is good! Less time than I’d like on descriptions of the characters, like I didn’t know the main character wore glasses until half way through the book. Some things like that. Or that the story went from 1st person with one character and halfway through the book, it took 1st person views and 3rd person views from other characters. But overall, it it a fun listening! Has a lot of cool scenarios, he keeps it entertaining with adding side events (otherwise, it’d just be a guy walking and avoiding trouble the whole book). Narrator did great and if you’re into gear, you’ll really like this book because he puts all the cool toys into action. I’ll be listening to the rest of the series here forward!

A balanced book you will certainly enjoy!

I found the first word to use in describing this book, is balanced. When something may have fallen a bit (like character development, story, setting, etc.) another point was lifted.
Garret is a great character to follow with his realistic demeanor and unique skill set. I’m curious what comes next to him in the future!

Good mindset book

This book is later in GC’s career, so you will get more flare and entertainment than the older books but he does reveal more about himself and overcoming adversities, as well as increasing a go-get-em business mindset. Highly recommend!
