There is some good information here. I do think it’s worth buying and listening too. I’ve listened to it multiple times. It’s good to point out that Allen Carr’s easy way is the only thing that ever worked for me to quit drinking. I was an alcoholic for over 10 years. Even worse, I was a binge drinker. I’m lucky to be alive and if it weren’t for hearing about Allen Carr on a Joe Rogan podcast interview I would’ve never heard of his books. I smoked years ago but I quit cold turkey and never picked it back up. I can gamble and easily walk away when I choose. Pick several more and I have the same reaction, it’s not addicting to me. Alcohol was the only thing I ever struggled with (aside from my waist line) and I will always give him his due when it comes to my quitting. He’s the reason I’m still alive today. With that said, I wasn’t as pleased with this book as I am with that one and his others that I purchased. But I’m not really surprised I guess. It seems like dieting or healthy eating is a struggle for most people and everyone has a different way of “what works”. But I’m frustrated because here we have yet another “what to do about being overweight” book and it’s the same problem. Everyone is different and this one may or may not work for you. I do agree with the brainwashing theory, with what they say about processed food and chemicals, etc. they lost me when they went down the vegan rabbit hole. Dang. I’m not even wholly in the meat isle, in fact I can go days without it. But I don’t think we can live without it in a healthy way unless you are “zen”. Due to stress, we need meat. You can disagree with me all you want but plenty of dieticians who went there and came right back are why I disagree with veganism for all. Notice I said “for all”. I’m too stressed to realistically feel good with only veggies and too much of that food is processed. It’s not a solution, it’s a trade off and not even a good one. But I’ll leave it up to the reader. I often say, take what you need and leave the rest. This book is no different. It’s still worth a read (listen).

Not to be mean towards anyone who does burning man but it has a reputation for a reason… I listened to this book twice. I might try to listen a few more times down the line and even though I’m not all in on this book, I do think by listening to all books multiple times you realize you missed something previously that is important to absorb. Sometimes knowledge and information comes in layers.
It’s good to point out that this authors life wasn’t easy. And if you take time to listen to how his life began, it will hopefully give the listener some insight and empathy. You’ll need it as you listen through the rest of the book.
As another reviewer commented, it was indeed tough to get past the “wokeness”. It’s cringe at times and can turn people away before they get to the good stuff. Which is why I’m mentioning it, mostly as a warning to prepare for it. The author’s bias is definitely on display in this book.
Take what you need and leave the rest.
Yes this review is critical. I want people to be realistic about what they are walking into and not turn away from listening to it. There IS good info here especially if you’re new at this and haven’t heard of Delores Cannon or Lee Harris and the like. I would prefer that they remain on the journey and not be turned away from it. As you listen or read into others who are similar, you’ll see a pattern and make connections. Stick with it. And for sure check out Delores Cannon. Her audiobooks can be long but they are filled with great information that resonates.

After listening to this multiple times I am changing my review. At first it was incredibly hard to listen to and focus on. I even found the narrator to be insufferable, which I realized later was actually the author. It was so odd though. I forced myself to listen to it again so I could at least take something useful away from it and oddly enough I didn’t find her so hard to listen to the second time around. Then I repeated it again and it was better. I’m not really sure why. So I thought it only fair to update my review to reflect that about face. Still leaving this paragraph below though as I still wonder if this is only the perspective of another entities view of us and our world. Which would be no different than if you asked various people the same questions about a specific subject. Each one’s perspective would dictate their narrative and the retelling of it.

In short; take what you need and leave the rest. I’ve been delving into this subject the past 2-3 years and I wanted to compare these to what other channelers have said to see if there is any correlation. The answer is; sort of. Similar but not? The books about Seth for example. But I guess everyone should listen and decide for themselves but I can’t say this enough. Make sure you are broadening your perspective and listening to various authors.
