Very good, but so sad!
Revisado: 07-15-21
I can't believe the world be live in sometimes. Jean and her daughter should be in jail! Everything I heard here in this podcast makes total sense that she and her daughter should be! So obvious what they did. Jean should never have been aloud to take her Husband out of the care he was in, in the first place. They all just stood by and watched her do it. Shame! Courts dragging their asses on everything as they always do... The oldest kids should have got to see their Dad. His brother too. Just sad! Linda... I kinda blame you a bit too. But how would you have known. Anyway, this would a good podcast for me to be so invested with my thoughts and opinions. I hope the oldest kids got their Dad back in the US and get peace.

This Could Have Been Better!
Revisado: 03-28-17
Would you try another book from Dale Mayer and/or Kellie Kamryn?
Dale yes, but read by Kellie... Doubt it! Her voice is slow and boring and makes me want to fall asleep. This book could have came alive if they had picked someone better! The long pauses too between chapters... Stupid! There is a pause and then there is this books pause and its unreal how long it is! Sad tho, I see they stayed with this reader for the next book and the next.... Good luck!
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The preview I read drew me to the book. Nothing wrong with that.
What didn’t you like about Kellie Kamryn’s performance?
Re-read first comment, its all there!
Was Tuesday's Child worth the listening time?
It could have been better!

Historia
Victoria McQueen has an uncanny knack for finding things: a misplaced bracelet, a missing photograph, answers to unanswerable questions. When she rides her bicycle over the rickety old covered bridge in the woods near her house, she always emerges in the places she needs to be. Vic doesn't tell anyone about her unusual ability, because she knows no one will believe her. She has trouble understanding it herself.

Good story, BUT....
Revisado: 02-12-16
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yeah I guess.
What did you like best about this story?
The imagination of the author and the mystery.
What about Kate Mulgrew’s performance did you like?
Jane-way was awesome!
If you could rename NOS4A2, what would you call it?
YES! I was expecting a story of a VAMPIRE, even tho I read the preview. The title is lost on me!!! Why not call it Christmasland or Charlie Manx or ... What was thing word they used to call their special talents??? They do call Charlie Manx a vampire, but not the kind were all used to.

Ummmm.... Hmmm...
Revisado: 11-30-15
What did you like best about Then the Stars Fall? What did you like least?
I wish when you scanned over the book and it tells you a brief something about the book... Maybe it should add that this is a love story/drama between two men. Book was ok, but i would have skipped this book if I had known. I have no problem with it personally, but I'm not much into reading this type of book.
Would you be willing to try another book from Brandon Witt? Why or why not?
I think not.
Did Andrew McFerrin do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
I hated how he did women's voices!
Could you see Then the Stars Fall being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I hope not.

Historia
This intimate story of Lynyrd Skynyrd tells how a band of lost souls and self-destructive misfits, with uncertain artistic objectives, clawed their way to the top of the rock 'n' roll world. It also offers a greater appreciation for a band whose legacy, in the aftermath of their last plane ride, has since descended into self-caricature.

Revisado: 11-16-15
What did you like best about Whiskey Bottles and Brand-New Cars? What did you like least?
When the story talked more about stories instead of name dropping and business.
Would you be willing to try another book from Mark Ribowsky? Why or why not?
I don't know. Maybe not. His story telling could use some work!
Which character – as performed by Jeremy Arthur – was your favorite?
I don't know that I've heard any of stories performed by this guy other than this book or not. So none yet so far.
Could you see Whiskey Bottles and Brand-New Cars being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Yes. It would be better if it was! Or a movie.
Any additional comments?
You can list to this for 5 minutes or hours. You can start at the beginning or in the middle or the end and it all sounds the same. I even fell asleep on this book and when I woke up I didn't feel like I had missed anything. So I would say this was sorta dull and not that interesting as I was hoping. I would watch this tho if it were a movie or tv series! Too much tech and not enough details and stories to draw me in. Too much name dropping too. I get they are famous. DUH!

Robotic Performance
Revisado: 10-17-15
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This is a good short series but the reader sounds very robotic. It almost turns your off from listening, but if you can get past that, then the story isn't so bad.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Ghost Fire?
Nothing stands out per say, but as I said, it's an okay story.
What aspect of John M. Perry’s performance would you have changed?
Have his reading sound less robotic and add more feeling.
Do you think Ghost Fire needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Yes, just get a different reader!

Patty and Walter Berglund were the new pioneers of old St. Paul - the gentrifiers, the hands-on parents, the Whole Foods generation. She was an enviably perfect mother and the wife of Walter's dreams. Together with Walter - environmental lawyer, commuter cyclist, total family man - she was doing her small part to build a better world.

Book For Killing Time, Nothing More!
Revisado: 09-10-14
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would not recommend this book cause it is mainly a sad story of a handful of people's lives. We all live lives with ups and downs and no one is writing our stories. Why, cause it would be just as time killing boring as this book! 24 hours was TOO LONG! I finished it cause I like finishing things, but I'm so glad I'm done with this book!
Would you listen to another book narrated by David LeDoux?
The narrator was fine.
Could you see Freedom being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
NO NO NO! Forget this!!! I would never watch this as anything!
