If you can get past the mechanized tone of the AI voice, you can probably take away some pretty good tidbits. That said it is also very short and doesn't go into much detail. So I recommend this as a base for other lengthier books

I actually really thought it was Joe Gerard narrating, there was so much passion in his performance. In addition, this book was phenomenally useful. I took tons of notes and will probably still listen to it a second time. As someone who sells a service and not a product I do wish there was more references to the service based industry, but that didn't stop me from taking away some amazing information. This book completely changed the way I do business. Although i'm pretty early on implementing some of the tactics and there's still a lot of trial and error involved, (I am not a born salesperson) I am already seeing the benefits in the way that clients respond, their increased interest, and my ability to handle the challenging ones.

Some good nuggets but..

there are better books out there on what is essentially manifesting, though I did find the chapter on ESP particularly interesting. Others who mentioned they push the course really hard are correct, that's essentially the underlying tone for the whole thing. Having read many of these it didn't dissuade me, but neither did I learn anything new on meditation and manifesting. Those interested in learning more but don't want to take the course might find some older authors of use (this subject has been taught since the 1920s) like Neville Goddard's Manifest Your Desires or Joseph Murphy The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, both taught from the 1920s to 1960s. More recent literature like Dr. Joe Dispenza's Becoming Superhuman or Rhonda Burns The Secret are also very helpful.
