This book is fantastic. It's easy to follow, and the activities consist of nothing more than writing lists. Those who claim that this book is meaningless and only about positive thinking are completely incorrect and have not completed the activities. This book will get your brain working and provide you with the tools you need to accomplish anything from losing weight to transforming your financial destiny.

Her book contains a book of shadows, a list of herbs, and all of the fundamentals of modern Wicca. It's a timeless classic. I've grown to be a tremendous admirer, and this book was the catalyst for that.

The book was fantastic. Full of great insights into where you are now and practical advice on how to get to where you want to go! I just completed listening to the entire book and can't wait to listen to it again. I'm curious if there's anything I'm missing, as well as to allow all of the excellent knowledge to sink in a little deeper. I can relate to all of the situations and it appears to read my mind from beginning to end. A must-have for anyone who wants to overcome their lack of self-confidence. This is a highly informative and easy-to-read book.

The life of Marcus Aurelius and the Stoic techniques he used to handle adversity is still relevant and useful today as exhibited in this book. One of the best books I have ever read and listen to.
