Dionne spends the summer in search of love, testing her grandmother's limits, and wanting to go home. Phaedra explores Bird Hill, where her family has lived for generations.

It's almost comical how fast the narrator takes you through a "slow" breathing exercise. If you're looking for a way to unwind... this program ain't it!
