I actually don't know the content of his stories, I hear the first few minutes and then I get the best sleep I have had in ages. I am getting well balance, good quality sleep since I started listening to Steve at bedtime. I wake up less and when I do I go back to sleep quickly. Thank you.

Delightful family story
