First Podcast I've ever listened too

I've been reading Dr. Berardi's work for years, mainly through Precision Nutrition. He was the first person that taught me there's a better way to coach then just do what I say.
So when I saw he launched a Podcast I jumped on it. I have not been disappointed, the topics discussed have allowed me to learn a lot of new ideas and ask questions that I can then follow up on. Recommend this podcast for anyone interested in the biological sciences.
