Good combo, I enjoyed this book a lot. Mystery too, who doesn’t love some mystery and intrigue, I know I do. Narrater was excellent with a soothing voice and accent.

Death and life

She delivers baby as a midwife and he is the horseman of death. But all changes and he teaches them about mouth to mouth resuscitation. I really enjoyed the story of the last brother and him finding love. Lots of excitement and I would recommend.

Spy and schoolteacher

Enjoyed this so much, the book had so many positive qualities that I love in a book. Laughter, intrigue, mystery and love. Narrator was pretty good. This book in my opinion in a must listen too if you like the same things i mentioned above. Would like a second book with these characters. And some more interaction with the book club members, you’ll see why.

Very enjoyed watching a person grow with friends old and new. Writer allows for character growth of diverse characters coming together for a common good. Narrator was pleasant to listen too.

Excellent

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The presenters were excellent. The storyline kept me entertained and guessing to what all the secrets were pertaining to Minnie. The characters were well defined and entertaining. Actually I couldn’t stop listening and finished in two days. The author is fabulous in her details and character development. I’m going to chose another of her books. Finally found a good book with men voices for the men and one for women’s. Wish all audio books did this as it makes it more real and your not distracted by awful voices trying to be a man and women both which ruins the story to the point you can’t listen. Bravo to this book.

Not worth a credit.

The story line was crazy, going from one time to present. Took me awhile to figure it out. Only got it to see from book one what sex Eve and Royce’s baby was, never mentioned. Short for A credit. Yeah it was fine but no real answers to the plot lines. As like last book a lot of repeat of lines like they forgot where the narrator lost his place. Don’t recommend if you wanted a continuation of characters. First book left with Alaina’s love returning as she already left to marry another again. So what happened to that storyline. Just confusing. Very disappointed in storyline, I want my credit back.

Gods words within a fictional story that represents life

Pretty powerful writing by this author who is a Christian and his God used her to change her own trajectory in life. The story is beautiful, a little difficult is the subject matter that is a reality for many. God can redeem even the most fallen and broken which is the premise I got from the story. I couldn’t stop listening, at first I was like what did I purchase but as the darkness of the characters life unfolds I just couldn’t stop listening to where she was going next. I even stopped to say prayers for women and children being caught up in the dark evil side of those who use innocent victims for their own desire. I absolutely loved this book and it moved me greatly. We are all redeemable with God. Thank you Francine Rivers!
