Good information but the narrator needs to learn to control her saliva. Lots of very audible swallowing and lip-licking. It’s gross.

Reading style was stiff and monotonous. Information was not relayed in a particularly memorable way. Kind of boring

No. There are other much more interesting and better written books out there.
