I bought this book because I was on maternity leave and wanted to leave Keto. I usually cook every day, but it is even harder now. This book contains many ideas on how to pre-cook, how to reduce the color of dishes, and ideas about codons and how to make recipes different. There are no photos that can scare some people, but I am fine. It helps to adhere to the ketone, delicious, reduce the workload and clean

I made a big prescription for this book because I feel better, the food is delicious, it is difficult to plan, and it is easy to find in the store. Since these plans are really great, I have a different prescription for the user. The Mediterranean diet meal is ready for super. I like the way they reveal their entry into the title in the lab report. Moreover, these plans are of course great!
