This book provides a foundational understanding of leadership and what it takes to lead. Leadership is complex and the book is written to break down the primary steps into mindsize pieces.
My greatest takeaway was balance; every process and action and behaviour has extremes, need to stay proximal to the middle and stay balance in mind and action.
Great book, need to read to appreciate and live the pages to advance towards more success.

Fantastic read. The author points out the benefits of good habits and provides tools to practice to be more than a book that points out problems or results. Actually end up reading a book that was well organized and all of the tools to implement the process into everyone's daily routine. Read the book and add some discipline and off you go to a better you.
