The hypnosis while sleeping to enter the sub conscious seems to work. Depending on the topic the lesson sticks and the topic carries out throughout the day.To be more focused or productive or organized or confident... the more accepting of the concept the more effective they seem. The going to sleep helps to unwind and relax when the directions are followed. Waking up to a more focused day and effective based on the type of learning previously listened to. Does require faith in the learning.

Pleasing presentation, but the voice sounded tinny or echoing near the end. The background ocean sounds and music couldve been more muted as that was distracting.

I really just think the whole thing... not sure how it's happening... but I'm feeling much more focused and ready to take on the day!

I've been using the program for over a week and I feel like it's working. I've managed to do some tasks that I put off. Even went out and cleaned out all three cars this weekend just because. Never do that lol.

Biggest thing I can say is I've never slept better. Not sure if that is what it's should be doing but it's true.

Every night that I listen to this I am sure to fall right asleep. The voice is super relaxing and even when I suffer from the roughest night of insomnia I never get past 30 minutes of listening without falling asleep. The absolute plus to this is that honestly see where I procrastinate less during the day.

I really find it quite helpful. I know people mentioned in previous comments the ending, but it didn't wake me up since I was in such a good rem sleep. and normally I'm not a heavy sleeper. I have found improvements as far as getting up earlier and starting my day off right.

It just sounds too good to be true but it just works. You start to notice things in your subconscious that weren’t there before. As for the skeptics, if nothing else, you will be able to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

I keep putting off tasks around the house. The morning after listening to this, I got up and went into the bathroom. All sorts of clutter was on the windowsill that bothered me, but I never got around to removing it. Without even a second thought, I happily went about tossing nail polish I really didn't like. I put random pieces of jewelry neatly in the place it belongs. I continued happily clearing, and cleaning the windowsill. It felt so rewarding to do this! I really think the motivation to do this was because of this recording! I have noticed myself neatening other messy areas around my house. I also am putting things away immediately after use! I have been through a very long period of depression, and my housekeeping just fell apart. I got help for the depression, but my home started looking like a hoarder starter kit. l was totally overwhelmed into inaction. I would say; "I'll pick this up later." Now I am calm and relaxed and actually getting my home into order. I am not tearing around the house like some sort of zombie robot, I am simply no longer overwhelmed. What a relief! This is a Godsend.
