The narration is great but the story seemed to stretch every action and repeat the feelings of characters over and over in the same chapter. How many times am I going to hear the MC whine about wine? I tried but I could not finish this.

Dinosaur Bond??

The narration was good; book concept was interesting; but it felt like dinosaur warlord with mental bonds with the Dino’s. A number of errors in the book that get changed from book 1 to book 2 and 3 happen but by the time you get to the end you do not notice it.
I would hope Marcus would just write a continuation to Dinosaur Warlord instead of adding another variation to the same type story.

I am loving this series. I was not sure if this was going to be good but as soon as you start the first book you want the next book in the series.
The action does not stop for long before we get right back into it. If you are looking for a great fantasy action with a character that builds his power by his own hands this is it.

Great story exciting ending but I had to listen too 2 hours of another book and no epilogue. I know it was a great cliff hanger but I could have just used something. Still love this story.

A great start

I was not sure about this at first but as the story move it grows bigger and bigger.
This start is like some of the great light novels or your favorite anime. You just want more.
Love this narration. Can’t wait for the next book.

Surprisingly Good. I was not sure at first. It is a slow build up to what seems like a much bigger story with lots of action hopefully.

Slow start

The beginning was a struggle to listen to but once you get past the first quarter of the story things start to pick up.
I like that we finally get closure on several items and open up the story to other issue and get deeper into origins of the elves and other races. I am ready for the next book.

This is my third time listening to this series and I just keep coming back. Between the narration and the the flow of this story. The evolution and development of the MC it is a great story to listen too.
