What would have made The Like Switch better?
The information is contrived and doesn't sound it comes from someone who is an expert in the field.

Revisado: 04-24-14
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Insightful info on anti-aging
Has Younger Next Year turned you off from other books in this genre?
Yes, I'm very disappointed
How could the performance have been better?
Insightful info on anti-aging
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Younger Next Year?
Everything from Chris Crowley together
Any additional comments?
Wow, what a rip-off. I don't often write review but this audiobook is such a disappointment despite all the good reviews. I like to listen to the doctor's side more than that nasal voice of Chris. He has nothing useful in the field of anti-aging to offer. This book is directed toward 50-60 years old sedentary life people who never lift a weight in his/her entire live. The comment on how to lift a weight is highly insulting and is very lame. He also encourage people to look like an endurance athlete like Lance Armstrong and not a "body-builder" like Mike Tyson. Did you get it? Mike Tyson is not a body-builder, moron. Mike Tyson is used to last 7-8 rounds of boxing. That requires a lot of endurance. The reason Mike Tyson physique looks less ideal than Lance Armstrong is because he is only 5'8 whereas Lance Armstrong is over 6'0. This has nothing to do with body-building or endurance exercise.
I'm shocked to see someone like this who has nothing new to offer to be brazen enough to write a book and make millions of dollars off from it. I want my 1 credit back.

Want A Refund
Revisado: 05-16-12
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
No one. The author's content is highly disorganized and lack proper explanation. No useful advice here on how to seduce women.
Has The Mystery Method turned you off from other books in this genre?
No
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Alan Sklar?
The narrator was alright.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment
Any additional comments?
After having read all the positive review, I decided to use my one credit to purchase this audiobook. But having almost finish listening to this audiobook, I'm highly disappointment that I have not learn anything useful from this book. The narrator's voice was okay, but the author's content is high disorganized, lack proper explanation and is not convincing. He also appears to be with vague or frugal with this explanation... for example, the author took 1 sentence in explaining why we shouldn't compliment a woman's on her appearance, like it would make us appear needy? Okay - that's it? In all, I was highly disappointed with this book and wish I could get a refund.
