A very insightful treatise

This book certainly makes me question where we’ve inherited our modern church beliefs. Having recently begun studying the early church, this book certainly helped answer many of the points I had started to ask.
At first I thought the voice artist was doing a poor job of reading, but after realising it was the author reading his own book, the way he read it made much more sense, and was even helpful.

A must listen to book

This book is a must read. Although it can be gruelling to listen to due to the tortures inflicted, it is a reality we can’t afford to be ignorant of.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Field Trip to be better than the print version?

Having the narrator read with various accents certainly helps distinguish the characters. I'm not a big reader, so listening was the best option.

Who was your favorite character and why?

It was fascinating to see Eddie's character develop throughout the book.

Which character – as performed by Wally Schrass – was your favorite?

I enjoyed his performed of Coop. Good accent.

I don't generally read novels, but certainly glad I picked this one. The story line was consistently original and engaging.

Ravi deals with the important issues and points that send so many sight as the reason they've left the faith. He does so in a clear yet powerful way, bringing reason and logic back into the equation. Great read.

Tozer has a way of simply identifying the errors and issues with the church and ourselves and then bringing clarity and correction. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. So helpful to get a taste of reality in the midst of this polluted world.

Great introduction to the fear of God

I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
The fear of God is a huge topic, but Jerry does a great job of introducing the topic and covers many aspects concerning it.
Although a relatively short book, it is well worth the read.

Humbling and inspiring

This book shows what is possible when we actually believe and trust in God. Very inspiring, very encouraging. What I like about this book is that shows the character of Hudson Taylor not just his works or what he achieved.

Great stories and sound teaching. His ability to articulate truth and unpack subtle errors staggers me.
