The horrendous “mid tribulation” rapture ideology

I hated the monotony of virtual voice. Please give us humans as obviously a computer is NOT a better substitute for the human voice. Finally, God’s Word should be understood correctly. If you are not well grounded in God’s Word then put down this author books and spend time in God’s Word. The churches that don’t teach the Word of God book by book and word for word should be run from. In Acts 17:11 Paul admonishes the people to be a Berean and search the scriptures to see if what is being preached to you is correct according to God’s Word.

Virtual voice ruined the experience

Okay, I’m old fashioned. When I’m listening to a novel or podcast I want a human voice. The overall story was okay. Nothing really stood as really interesting. Admittedly I did listen to the books in this series and finished them. I don’t do that when the book is really dull. My take, next time use humans.

I always look forward to a new JD Robb novel. Susan Erickson does a great job narrating those novels and the characters penned by Nora Roberts (aka Robb) are excellent. This one was no different. A terrific listening experience.

A commentary on our times in 2023

I have really enjoyed reading Mark Goodwin’s books. This one follows young people in their confused lives where what’s wrong or sin is okay. What’s right according to the past and God’s Word is being taught by our schools, politicians, rich folks and media is to take what you want with no consequences and live your lives according to whatever you feel like doing is okay. However, with God there is always hope for individual lives to be saved and do the right thing according t God’s Word.

It’s not a bad short story. As far as apocalyptic stories go I, enjoyed much of the story.

Awesome novel for any middle to high school aged kid.

This is a different look at a book I grew up reading called “The Parent Trap”. I listened to it because a teenager I am tutoring is reading it. She doesn’t understand everything about the culture of the two boys and their families so it’s a great book to broaden her knowledge. Not only that, it is well written and keeps the reader engaged.

I’m always hesitant at purchasing a book by a news personality. This is especially true when it comes to a book about faith. However, this book far surpassed my expectations. It was exceedingly excellent and show that God is and has been at work in people’s lives from many different backgrounds. I hope that Harris Faulkner continues to write about faith in God and how He answers prayers.

One of her best and saddest novels yet

I’ve heard all of the novels in this series. This was one of the best and hardest ones to hear. I volunteer within the childrens foster system and things that are mentioned in this novel happen daily but many do not give the darkness a look or or a thought. I’m thankful for the police who rescue those children they find in horrible situations.
