I wish I would have listened to the author's note ( last 11 minutes 30 seconds) before tackling this very long book. I would have had a little bit of a different perspective going in. She's trying to give face to so many girls that were affected, at times it felt like the Narrator was reading the Cense. The author also states that she wanted to make the girls seem more personable or human but at times I felt like I was listening to a research paper. I think if you listen to the end first you might not get the same feeling.

The story is really great. Funny, odd, and not how you expect it to end. I really hope this narrator has another job!!! She is terrible at doing voices for multiple people. Her male and female voices sound the same. I wish the 1st or 2nd narrator could have done all 3 books.

These two actresses did such a good job at purtrayng he life of Marie Curie and her best friend. their drama and heartfelt feeling throughout this book is outstanding. I look forward to going and looking up some of the facts in this book so much knowledge that I didn't know about the life of Marie Curie. I couldn't put this book down. This was definitely a wonderful sequel to the other audible original about Marie Curie, which ended with her marrying her husband.

I've enjoyed all of Molly Harper's books but I believe this series is the best. I cannot help laughing all the time they this series but this book in particular. it should not be listened to in a room full of quiet people because they will look at you funny when you bust up laughing.

I really enjoyed this book. I really wish it was longer. Right as I thought it was getting started it ended. Now I have to go out and look for another book on Maria Curie to learn more about the rest of her life.

Very Emotional

I don't think I've been so emotional at a Robyn Carr book ever. I almost had to pull over I cried so hard at times both for good and for bad. She always makes me laugh and this book is no different. She builds such vivid images of everything she describes. It just makes me want to visit Virgin River one day, if it actually existed.

this girl wrote the best newsletter on the planet

I love all of Molly Harper's books. this whole book revolves around a newsletter a wife sent out regarding her husband and it's the best newsletter on the planet. the characters in the book quote it, keep emailing it over and over again and it is quoted on late night TV Etc. this lady's life is turned upside down because of this but it's a great book to read and. completely different than any other of Molly Harper's books No Supernatural here.

a story about a Los Angeles nurse who decides she has to get out of the big city and decides to change her life and move to a very rural town in northern/Central California which comes with new challenges very heartwarming and sweet.
