The South is many things. An attitude. An illusion. A culture. But most of all it is the apex of denial. Denial of actual history. Denial of the creation of false history. Shining Smith and her crew have obtained the weapons they need to rescue one of their own from the grips of their mortal enemy, Clarisse Warhammer.
