this retelling of a Cinderella remix is just horrible. they had such great potential but all the wimpy, push over poop this author kept writing was just horrible. The main characters just kept going back and forth with being pushovers. I mean Please! just stop!! i wanted to shoot my self with all this poor sappy let everyone step on me crap. I mean it makes no sense. spoiler alerts!!! the sister steals her money calls Ella horrible names and just basically puts her down every time. And I mean she was just nasty with her verbal abuse of Ella and what did that Spineless, whiner do? nothing but cry and keep her horrible impotent mouth shut. I mean this character was just the worst spineless girl ever when she needed to be strong. but oh no, when she meets the lead character they portray her as this spitfire who chews him out but not her step mom or horrible sister? so frustrating!! and the main lead male character was only one step better. He was just as spineless with his dad/manager. Please!! what a push over. let everyone tell him what to do and couldn't do even though he is supposed to be a famous star but he is the biggest wimp too!! the characters were so wishy washy!! blah!! I want those hours I spent listening to this drivel back..

why do I like this book?
the characters and the world this writer created are so amazing and well written I wish it was real. I wish I could be part of it and that they were my friend and lived ones.
this series is just heart punching, action packed and just plain amazing! I wish they could turn it in to a movie like the Lord is the rings!!

a simple read with a HEA. streaming sexy scenes. a bit to many for my taste. I like a bit more meat on my books therm potatoes but don't get me wrong the potatoes this author provides are out of this world.! That's why I guess I expect more meat.. She has awesome characters all great story lines I just wished she was more about telling a great ready versus an awsome sex scene which does very well...

I want to start of by saying I am not a suspense thriller type of person. I do not normally enjoy this type of book but after reading this book I think I will enjoy ready more books like theses. I only picked up the book because I like this author and her twilight books were awesome plus the host movie was GREAT! I thought "why not?" she has proven to be a great author and let me tell you she did not disappoint!! this book a mix between "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" meets "RED" AWSOME characters and an amazing and refreshing plot. all I need to say is "the Mechinst is in" a must read!!!
