The Narrator Ruined the whole story!
Revisado: 06-15-18
The narrator was so cringe worthy, it was like listening to someone scratch a chalk board with nails for over four hours. She made the lead characters sound like they were out of breath and had nasal issues at the same time. Ruined the whole book for me. Can't tell if the story would have been good or not. Couldn't get past the horrible imitation of character voice.

Disappointed in Suzanne Wright
Revisado: 06-09-18
First of all, I loved the other books. This book, however, was a little distasteful to me. The more I listened the more ridiculous the story line became. I am not sure how this received a good review. I do not buy anyone having same sex tendencies and then when they find their "mate" everything works out and everyone accepts it. When a guy cheats on his girlfriend or vice versa, that is not something that is easily accepted but this story wants you to believe that everyone is okay and it is completely normal. Nope. Just not for me. Too unbelievable!

Uhhhhhh.....NO!
Revisado: 09-27-14
Would you try another book from Jamie Begley and/or Elizabeth Hart?
Not if they are like this one.
Has Razer's Ride turned you off from other books in this genre?
No. I have read some books along these lines and this was too much to take. Taking a girl you know is innocent and "forcing" her to "swallow" by grabbing her head is so beyond degrading. This dude wasn't even respectful. Beth was not very smart. She let this guy do anything to her with the excuse of being more open. So you need to disrespect yourself to be open? I kept finding myself fast forwarding because I was getting so pissed off. If this is Ms. Begley's picture of Biker life? No thanks! They seem to be a bunch of overgrown street gangs who are worse than rappers calling women bitches and ho's! Except, they are living it and these women just can't help but be attracted and drawn into their sexiness! WOW! Delusional!

Historia
Marie doesn't need a complication like Horse. The massive, tattooed, badass biker who shows up at her brother's house one afternoon doesn't agree. He wants Marie on his bike and in his bed. Now. But Marie just left her abusive jerk of an ex-husband, and she's not looking for a new man. Especially one like Horse - she doesn't know his real name or where he lives, she's 90 percent certain he's a criminal and that the "business" he talks with her brother isn't website design.

Lot's of degredation if you're into that!
Revisado: 04-04-14
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Women who are into this sort of degredation. It just wasn't really romantic. I know Bikers are supposed to be hard-core, but, this type of disrespect just wasn't for me. It was difficult to listen to. Unlike "Motorcylce Man" by Kristin Ashley (which was excellent!), this is a little bit twisted. Horse, who was ex-Marine Corps, sure didn't show a lot of honor. No, he just showed a lot of rediculous anger.
Would you be willing to try another one of Stella Bloom’s performances?
I don't know.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Dissappointment. You want them to actually see something different in the women in their life or one they want to be. Other than a lot of sex, I couldn't see beyond her being a doormat and miss ditzy agreeable where no matter how degrading, all she wants to do is F@#$ him. I think the character needs counselling, not a romance book.
Any additional comments?
This is one of those "to each his own" type of books. I wouldn't waste my credits on it.

Indy Savage is a former wild child (okay, maybe not so "former") and current used-bookstore owner. Lee Nightingale is a former bad boy and now runs a private investigation service. Toss together a quiet barista with a not-so-lawful side-business, a crazy Vietnam Vet, a pothead, a drag queen, family and friends who will not mind their own business, a few stun guns, and a bag of diamonds, and mix them all up with some shootings, a high-speed chase and car bombs exploding, then hang on for your first wild Rock Chick ride.

Not as good as I thought it would be.....
Revisado: 03-25-14
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The heroin. She wasn't very likeable. Contrary can be okay but taken to the extreme gets tedious. She was very reckless and sad to say I was hoping for her to get shot and get a clue since she spent most of her time putting everyone in danger.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Change Indie's attitude. Not cute.
Have you listened to any of Susannah Jones’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes and this on a scale of 1 to 10 gets a 3 from me.
What would have made this romance irresistible?
The heroine gettting a clue to danger.
Any additional comments?
Not as good as her other series. I still think Motorcyle Man was the best book.

Horrible Story Line
Revisado: 03-15-14
Would you try another book from Lolita Lopez and/or Stella Bloom?
I believe if you are the type that gets off in introducing virginal people into orgies, wife swapping etc. Then this book is for you. I don't see this as the type of Romance for me.
What could Lolita Lopez have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Not really. The whole premise of the book was rediculous. Men coming to a planet and chasing women to find wifes then ties them down in a bondage manner with chains to consummate the "bond". Really?
Would you be willing to try another one of Stella Bloom’s performances?
Stella Bloom was okay but the book itself was ridiculous.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Anger, Sadness and disappointment that I wasted the first few hours on this ridiculous idea. This is just a book for those who just want to hear people who just want to hear the erotic portions since this is about 90 percent of the book. This book has no real substance or story line.

Tedious
Revisado: 11-24-13
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
I liked the Narrator because she brought the characters to life. The problem is...you ever had one of those friends that talked and talked and talked and you come to the point where you kind of drift off wishing you could but in to either stop them talking or get them to back track? It started off well and two hours in, I wanted to kill the heroine. How could anybody be that annoying? There was the requisite too many misunderstandings that just got down right irritating. Not a whole lot of action. I got tired of the heroine constantly ready to believe everything negative. She might as well have given herself up to the bad guys in the beginning and saved the rest of us about seven hours of her repeating the same actions over and over again.
What character would you cut from Accidentally In Love With...a God??
The heroine and replace her with someone who has a clue.
Any additional comments?
The book did have some good bantering but even that began to drone on. I really would have liked to see these characters work together instead of listening to a book full of the heroine talking to herself. Constantly. Of course she comes up with more wrong answers than right. The ending was a cliff hanger. I hate those. The fact that you won't find out the outcome of that story until book three was even more frustrating. It wasn't worth a credit. It's entertainment value lie in the narrators characterization of the characters. This is what saved me from returning the book for a refund.

All normal sights since the Great Collision happened twenty-six years ago. Well, not normal for everyone. Larissa Miller may have been born after the Great Collision, but as a history teacher who lives in the human-only city, she has never come into contact with any other race or species, nor has she wanted to.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I am not a very descriptive person but, WOW! I loved the Gargoyle angle. Right now everything seems to be centered on a Werewolf or Vampire. There are a mixture of races which gives me hope for this series. This is one of the few books that didn't point you to the answer in the first hour of the book and I enjoyed every minute of it. There were a lot of sub stories that didn't overwhelm the book or take over the story. There was just enough to let you know that there is a lot more going on than just this initial story. The heroine was a little weak, but her over protective family clearly showed you why. You get past that and the romance that builds between Terrick and Larrissa gives the story a chance to develop gradually instead of prematurely climaxing and throwing a lot of ridiculous misunderstandings in the way of an actual story. Or lots of sex. which is very irritating when you would like to understand the story itself. I liked it because I didn't have to spend 8 out of the 9 hours and 57 minutes listening the same sex positions in just about everyone's book. Thank you Danielle for giving us an actual tale to follow.!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Stone Guardian?
When Terrick's warriors decided to follow him when the council in his Clan wavered on their loyalty to him.
Which character – as performed by Tavia Gilbert – was your favorite?
I LOVE Tavia Gilbert. I buy most books narrated by her because she is very good at giving characters their own voices in the stories she narrates.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Clash of the Realms
Any additional comments?
I would recommend Danielle Monsch as an author to watch along with this series.
