Plaintive “oldish” voices

Characters are supposed to be single somewhere between young and middle aged dragons. However, the voices felt like they were “older”, lamenting, and feeble.

The story like the rest was awesome and hilarious

Biggest issue I had with this book was the butchering of the names. Being this the sixth book in the series you would expect consistency in the naming. However, that didn’t happen which basically took from the experience every time the names of characters in prior books were mispronounced ie Talaith, Anwen’s twins, Kelen, etc.

Really good depiction of a mother’s struggles on being turned

Awesome story outlining how a mother tries to cope with being turned into a vampire. As for the narration although good it was a unemotional and messed up whenever reading either bullet’s caliber (ie .38 read as point three eight instead of thirty eight) or when reading capped initials (ie. PI read as pie instead of pee eye)
