It was too short and I wanted it to go on and on! As a child I was raised by family that shared many similarities and it warmed my heart. This was a lovely break to life.

I stayed up all night listening to this book. It was an easy, but still exciting ride. The narrator was great and reminds me of the comforting voice of Jenna Lamia. Very worth my credit!

loved, loved it!
Revisado: 03-21-21
I have always enjoyed books about WW2, but the themes are predictable and too similar. This was a whole book, that focused on a story, that ran along side the war. I was sad when it was over.

This was a fun story, and I really enjoyed it. The narrator was unreal! She could do every accent, every voice, men women and children! She truly is worth as much as the book!

Revisado: 11-08-20
I was listening along, and was on board until you become the very propaganda you claim to hate. Obama was who separated children from their parents, Trump stayed with it because you can't put children in jail with their parents. He condemned the white nationalist, over and over. This story all but put a cape on him. Get your facts correct, or you are just more propaganda.

He's fighting like it's the 60's and 70's
Revisado: 07-15-20
I'm unapologetic for my past. I've fought for black rights my whole life. Funny thing is, I haven't needed to in 25 years. He wants utopia and that's not going to happen. The police do need to be dealt with because they are hiring the wrong type people to deal with people, that must be addressed, but getting rid of them is not an option as long as back on black crime goes on unaddressed. He wants to fight the white people, but has no plan to address the black problem. I tried to like it, but he has carried on a hate that didn't happen to him. If you need to fight the problems of his great grandparents, he's 50 years too late. We got to address our own and stop blaming people that straitened up long time ago. There will always be racism, but people with obesity still fight the old fight. This boy wants a race war, not to fight a legitimate foe. You need to fight what blacks are doing to ourselves. No white person did that.
