Rejected by a sister who has allowed her new status as wife to Mr. Bingley to make her proud, Elizabeth Bennet goes to her uncle's estate in Derbyshire, ostensibly to assist her cousin in her introduction to society. In reality, Elizabeth feels there is nothing left for her in the neighborhood of her birth. Her uncle's estate is small, and Elizabeth must work while there, and though she finds her tasks easy to bear. She quickly becomes close to her young cousin and uncle, though her aunt is a hard, demanding woman.

Aside from the authors many variations written, which are many & I've yet to read one I did not like AND considering he's a male & married w/children.
The narrator just kills the will to wish to listen!

Another "spin" on a P&P Variation

I LOVE this author & her different "spin" with her P&P Variations. Add the narrator, She is the best female narrator for P&P variations & I've listened to many!
Aside from all the praise, this author performs her research & brings to these variations one to believe that what occurs in society of any circumstances most likely occured.

I LOVE Mr. Rowland's P&P Variations! However, his choice of narrator is NOT to my liking. She doesn't offer much to each character IN emotion or inflection. I will continure to purchase his books but never another audible unless a different narrator.

Just NO on AI-Virtual Voice!!!!!!

This book is my 1st foray into Virtual Voice. It IS wonderful to know we have advanced in technology so well that in this case, the British Voice was good. However, AI really CANNOT add the emotion, inflection, to "voice" hence, causing a poor performance of narration. This last statement seriously brought the whole performance, for me, to become bored with the story. I did not read the ebook or paper of this book & the story has "some" substance. However, due to the narration it all fell flat.

Yes, I loved the books. The Narration was done very well.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Possession?
Left hanging to what was happening through out the story with several characters. Encouraged me to continue reading/listening to know how the story would play out.
Have you listened to any of Ryan Hudson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Cannot recall listening to Ryan Hudson's performance narration before. Would highly recommend him for more books, even a few Pride & Prejudice variations.
