The book that changed a lot for me, therefore I felt compelled to leave a quick review, something I rarely do.
Always had issues with living in the present - I was always overthinking, dwelling on the past and wondering about the future. Which is quite a horrible way to live. This book taught me, finally, how to let go a little. I am not perfect, but genuinely and honestly, I am more present in the current moment than I have ever been. Full marks.
