I am a Pharmacist transitioning to Sales and I picked up this gem. Everything I need to start off a good sales career is right here. I am grateful to Mr Better and Mr Morey fur an excellent presentation. I thought the author was speaking just to me!
My favorite: I too have read 13 week plan of B.F. And even tried it, but I never stuck with it. Thus I find my life as it was. But I accept this brotherly advice, and will make most of my full years now. Thank you oh so kindly. My kids will read this book too.

Essential to a self education

I first read this book when I was 18 years old but I did not understand it fully. But after starting my own businesses, taking initiative, learning and getting a degree, I finally understand through my experience. I look past where I have been successful and I see clearly that these principles are 100% accurate.
This completes my American education and also philosophy of success education. Thank you. AC is brilliant!

One afternoon - after another failed attempt to get motivated to exercise - I (accidentally) started my first mini habit. I initially committed to do one push-up, and it turned into a full workout. I was shocked. This "stupid idea" wasn't supposed to work. I was shocked again when my success with this strategy continued for months (and to this day). I had to consider that maybe I wasn't the problem in those 10 years of mediocre results. Maybe it was my prior strategies that were ineffective, despite being oft-repeated as "the way to change" in countless books.
