I know you'll appreciate this refreshing perspective on weight loss like I did - it's focus is around better mindset on weight loss and reframing your perspective on food so you can truly have the health and weight loss you desire.
I agree with the philosophy the author uses to underline all the things that work for weight loss as it is truly around health and wellness first, and not focused around "eating less" or being super strict. I loved that about the book, and I think each listener that has been through the weight loss wringer will appreciate that as well. Highly recommend.

I felt refreshed after listening to this. It's not easy to keep on believing and persisting during times where God seems silent, or nothing much is happening. The author does a great job bringing scripture into the audiobook and using it to support the points and lessons inside.
I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking peace, clarity, wisdom and understanding right now. You'll feel so much better. I have added this to my rotation of "listen again" books - so I highly recommend!

I found this book to be an empowering, bringing the listener practical strategies to seek to taking control of their daily routines and responsibilities. Loved the variety of situations this book addresses: organization tips to time management techniques. Definitely geared towards helping men and women w/ ADHD thrive! I had no idea that the brain chemicals are off in folks struggling with ADHD..super interesting.
I truly believe that any listener will have a better handle on focus, self-awareness, and ultimately success as they make their way through this audiobook. Highly recommend!

Things I loved about this audiobook:
1. I thought the affirmations were relevant and original to the topic, so thankful for this!
2. I found the affirmations about food and nutrition to be the most helpful for me personally because I can discipline myself to do the workout, but controlling what I eat has always been the issue.
3. The narration was really relaxing, making this a good book to wind down with as you're wrapping up the day.
5 stars! I recommend this to those looking for another layer of help in your weight loss journey.

Initially, I wasn’t really sure about how effectively exercises could be conveyed through audio alone, especially for seniors. However, this audiobook pleasantly surprised me with its comprehensive and clear instructions! I believe all seniors will appreciate the delivery and structure.
The chapters on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and energy are not only well-structured but also supported by helpful explanations and guided by pictures in the accompanying PDF. The audiobook doesn't merely focus on physical exercises, but also touches upon the mental and emotional aspects of being well. The holistic approach to senior fitness is both refreshing and necessary, in my opinion.

Wow - I can't recommend this book enough. I love how the step-by-step nature makes moving forward when you're in a state of burnout actually doable. The author reads her own book (which is always a treat), and I could feel the sincerity behind her voice as she read.
Each chapter you'll do a step that helps you move forward a little bit, and in the beginning of the book, you're guided to decide on the sureness of your success. I like how this audiobook guided me to take small steps forward and broke down the process in a super easy and enjoyable way. If you're burnt out - you need this!

As a person with intermittent anxiety and has had panic attacks before, I highly recommend this book.
I loved chapter 3 the most, because it touches on something I haven't seen talked about very much, even by therapists I've seen. It makes total sense that what we're "putting out" makes us reflect and attract things that keep the anxiety and negative spin going. I loved the author's explanation and strategy to uproot this piece.

You know that feeling when the book delivers on exactly what you needed it to? This audiobook delivered. I enjoyed the way the narration was done, and how much I was able to absorb about growing from scraps. I will be using this during the coming years of growing and I will be recommending this audiobook to other people growing their own food.
Ultimately, you can expect this book to help you understand each part of the process and get inspired to get started (I certainly needed a little of that).

Thought it was a great value

I thought this bundle was very helpful for learning conversational Spanish. What I thought the book did super well was the repetition, speed of speech, and explanation behind what you need to know when saying certain sentences.
I did have to get up to speed with the way the chapters began (the layout at the beginning of the chapters ) before understanding how to use the book, but I did expect some of it to be a learning curve due to learning a new language. Overall, loved it and am very glad I got to learn from this audiobook. This is a resource I'll be heading back to again and again!
