Fast, easy listen. Very practical, meaningful, and most importantly, accessible ways to reduce your carbon and methane footprints. So many of them are zero-cost in dollars, just a minor cost in behavior change. It's hard to say, "Nah, that's not for me." when just about all require only lifestyle changes. It's not about spending 2x on organic foods and more about pausing and critically thinking before you open your wallet.

The book itself was very well-written and captivating. As someone in advertising, I can vouch for the accuracy in descriptions of the online ads ecosystem, and its strengths and weaknesses. Garcia can veer into purple prose at times, but he holds the reader's attention nonetheless. Really interesting to hear a recounting if the inner-workings of Facebook in its adolescence.

Loved the strategies to study, practice, and implement emotional intelligence. The concepts are introduce, but not necessarily natural, hence the need for practice. The ties between EQ and career success made for compelling points and made me eager to "get to work." Great book!

Gawande portrays such an accurate depiction of end of life scenarios because he's gone through it himself with his father. Those most important questions to ask our loved ones, unfortunately, are little known. This outlines a path to death with dignity, something most of us strive for. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone, regardless of age or age of loved ones.

From good to great, from better to best, from closer to cleaner. This book has had a profound impact on me. Reading it, I had that "aha" moment, the realization that I'm not alone in my competitiveness in work and in life. It has inspired me to fuel that fire, to be relentless, forever.
