Historia
All Systems Red is the tense first science fiction adventure novella in Martha Wells' series The Murderbot Diaries. For fans of Westworld, Ex Machina, Ann Leckie's Imperial Raadch series, or Iain M. Banks' Culture novels. The main character is a deadly security droid that has bucked its restrictive programming and is balanced between contemplative self-discovery and an idle instinct to kill all humans.

A great insight on AI
Revisado: 05-12-18
Great little book.
Great narration, really neutral to make it look like a murder bot. I liked being inside the head of what would probably be AI.
I also liked the world created by the author, pretty realistic.

Historia
Alice in Wonderland is an 1865 novel written by Lewis Carroll. It tells of a girl named Alice falling through a rabbit hole into a fantasy world populated by peculiar anthropomorphic creatures. The tale plays with logic, giving the story lasting popularity with adults as well as with children. It is considered to be one of the best examples of the literary nonsense genre.

Didn't know what to expect
Revisado: 04-03-18
First of all, the performance was amazing, can't argue with that. The many voices and tones were done perfectly.
Second, I honestly didn't know what was the book about, I only knew it was a classic, so I went in without knowing what to expect. Oh boy, what a bizarre and wonderful book. So many riddles, weird dialogues, incredible characters. I loved it.

Historia
Aesop's Fables is a collection of fables credited to Aesop, a slave and storyteller believed to have lived in ancient Greece between 620 and 564 BCE. Of diverse origins, the stories associated with his name have descended to modern times through a number of sources and continue to be reinterpreted in different verbal registers and in popular as well as artistic media. The fables originally belonged to the oral tradition and were not collected for some three centuries after Aesop's death. By that time a variety of other stories, jokes and proverbs were being ascribed to him, although some of that material was from sources earlier than him or came from beyond the Greek cultural sphere.

Reading this as an adult has a different meaning
Revisado: 01-29-18
i used to read this as a kid and was able to relate myself to the fables. My favorites were as a kid "the crow and the fox" and "the dog and his bone in the bridge". As a grown up, I was able to also find guidance in the fables. I was able to relate a fable " the fisherman and the small fish" to the stock market.
Great performance by the reader too. This fables are a must for everyone. Kids and adults alike.

Historia
Far from the glitz and glamour of Los Angles or the scenic backdrops of the Bay Area, two men embarked on a vicious campaign in California's Central Valley that left at least 20 people dead. The two men - Wesley Shermantine and Loren Herzog - became collectively known by law enforcement as the "Speed Freak Killers" because the duo were almost always under the influence of the drug crystal methamphetamine when they committed several strings of murders during the 1980s and '90s.

Great book for those who have morbid curiosity
Revisado: 11-23-17
I got this book for free from the author. I enjoyed it, since I enjoy reading about serial killers. The voice and tone of the narrator set me off at the beggining, then I got used to it.
The book was well structured, starting from other groups of serial killers and ending in the police mistakes during the whole investigation.

Welcome to Derry, Maine. It’s a small city, a place as hauntingly familiar as your own hometown. Only in Derry the haunting is real. They were seven teenagers when they first stumbled upon the horror. Now they are grown-up men and women who have gone out into the big world to gain success and happiness. But the promise they made 28 years ago calls them reunite in the same place where, as teenagers, they battled an evil creature that preyed on the city’s children.

What a ride!
Revisado: 10-21-17
I got this book for free, from someone who had read it before and shared it with me. I have no words to describe how amazing this experience was.
Steven Weber was just amazing in all senses. His different voices, the way he pauses or rushes through lines. His scared voice. Everything. This audiobook was just inctedible. All 44 hours of it. I feel empty now that is over but happy I got to experience it.
Spoiler Alert: I would have been really sad if Richie died for real.

Revisado: 08-30-17
I honestly heard the first minute of episode 1 of this and thought: What the heck is this garbage?
Then I gave it another chance to listen a little bit more and got immersed in this audible documentary. I loved it. I never had thought about the whole world around porn. How much people it affects, positively or negatively. The impact of free porn. Custom porns. ED caused by too much porn. Directoes and actors trying to adapt. Taboo view on porn actors, not so much on porn. I mean, great insight on this subject. Awesome work.
