I was surprised

I purchased this book thinking I would give it a try but I wasn't expecting much. However, I was very impressed with book and the narration. The book was a little predictable but it was worth the investment of time. I just purchased the second book and hope that it will continue to impress.

I really want to like the book

I've been listening to this book for the last 4 hours and it is so hard to get into. I think for me it's the ridiculousness of characters that makes it not very appealing. I'll finish the book but if it continues like this I wont be getting the next book in the series.

Felt like a story found on the Scifi channel

The best part of this story by far is the narration. Scott Brick did a great job. The story was incredibly thin. It could be a sequel to Dantes Peak set in Hawaii.

The story is good but the performance is meh

With all the books in the series the writer has done a great job with the sciency aspect of space travel. However, the thing that is really bringing down this series for me is the performance of the narration. Every book has been a different narrator. The narrator for this book Seth Podowitz seemed to switch the accents around for different characters which made listening to the book a bit confusing for a while.

Another quality book by Marko Kloos

I'm enjoying the story. However, with all this buildup in the series, I hope there is one hell of an ending. They also need to stick with one narrator. Angelo did a good job but he's not Luke Daniels. I've seen that they have changed the narrator again for the third book. Stop being cheap.

I really enjoyed this book and have high hopes for the rest of the series. It kinda had an Expanse vibe going on which I really liked (minus the alien artifacts).

Enjoyable story and worth a listen, but...

To start I have to say I did enjoy the story and I will listen to the next story in the series. However, it kinda felt similar to Marko's other stories. Alex Grayson and his dog. I hope the series deviates from the similar plot lines.

What a fantastic series

I enjoyed listening to this series. Marko Kloos is a great writer. If you haven't listened to any of the books in the series you should take the time to listen to them. Fantastic. It's sad to see this series is at its end.

What a great book. This is another wonderful novel by Andy Weir. The performance by Ray Porter was great. It was a joy to listed to.

I almost stopped listening because of the complete rediculousness of the story. Yeah I know the whole premise is kinda rediculous but this book puts it over the top. He feels he needs to half heatedly touch on all of the social issues we face today. I think I should of stopped at book1.
