I knew they were just stories, but when my mother died and left me in the care of my cold, abusive father, that fictional fairy prince suddenly became very, very real to me. It was as if he was always there, hiding in the shadows, offering me his silent comfort.

That may have been the most uncomfortable 2 hours of my life. 10/10 would highly recommend. Dr. Kelly does a fantastic job of outlining exactly what imposter syndrome is and some incredibly detailed practices to overcome it all while emphasizing THIS IS A PROCESS AND IT TAKES TIME! As Dr. Kelly recommends, DEFINITELY DO THE PRACTICES SET UP IN THE BOOK! They require a very honest look at self and for you to confront the voice that tells you that you can’t face to face. Awesome work.

I came into this series mildly hesitant as I had been in a bit of a reading slump for a few months and when I tell you this book ended the slump?! It dragged me out of my reading slump by b@lls and and said 👀 Watch this! The characters, their banter, the story line, the ghosts, the DRAMA, MY GAWD! The way everything unfolds, ever so perfectly in my personal opinion, keeps the reader fully engaged, on the edge of their seat, and HONGRY for more. This series is quickly becoming a favorite!

They deserve THE WORLD

Listen to me when I say this book stole my heart from the moment I started listening, destroyed it with grey eyes and coppery frizz, and then put it back together with a tender broken love that had me sobbing while my heart soared. The magic, the heartbreak, the healing, the truth they so desperately wish to hide but ultimately is what sets them free. I have nothing but the highest of praise for this book and I immediately want to read more like it.

I kept reading because I wanted to know how it ends. I stopped reading because the cringe was just way too much. The cringe to curiosity level was off and I stopped about half way through. Has great potential and if you can overlook the cringe then it’s a decent book. I however could not make it 😭

GABRIEL DID NOT DESERVE THAT 😤😤😤 but fine. Very affective at keeping me hooked but that hurt so much I truly considered stopping the book entirely. Like you know those books that hurt so good?? Yea this was a lil too hurt 😞 highly recommend for ya/teen.

Not gunna lie, I did not like Roar at first. Very whiny very woe is me I’m not good enough Bla Bla Bla. But! The GROWTH! Omg the growth! She still has much more growing to do but I like her a lot more now. It’s very much a nod to the journey an empath/medium goes through and I love it! The banter between characters is so fun! Especially with the arguing with Locke and Bait being Bait lol. I have so many questions about Sly! Like she’s not wrong about Roar not being who she says she is and I can’t wait to see how that unfolds in the next book! Also can’t wait to see how Locke and Cassius meet and how that goes cuz oooooh man! I smell a mess and I can’t wait to listen 🤩🤩🤩
