I do not know what I was expecting when starting this series, but what I was not expecting was that this would make it to the top 3% of the over 200 series I have read thus far. Truly marvelous.

the vastness of the Multiverse permeates

with every book the Multiverse continues to expand in our Consciousness. he never says it explicitly but the feeling you get during the dialogues convey a practically infinite Cosmos ready to be explored. the longer the series goes the more I enjoy it. If Brink can keep the spirit he started with and has even now, this series will likely go down as a classic.

A very original and well written series.

one would think it difficult for a tree to have an exciting life but the author manages it well and the narrator matches the tone of the novel skillfully. Also there is a great deal of humorous content that really does not feel forced or cringy. I very much look forward to the remainder of this series.

this series continues to improve

characters and plot are becoming more complex and nuanced, storytelling is somehow becoming more compelling and realistic and Ghost Hound it seems is actually beginning to grow in a maturity and personality and not only in strength.

An underrated series

wasn't expecting much due to the lack of acclaim but this was a surprisingly good series up to this point. definitely looking forward to the next book

Another Splendid Performance

As ever, the waiting was worth it. This series is just so refreshingly classic. It is almost as if the author somehow gets out of the way and let's his characters tell his story for him. It's magical.

My favorite In the series to date!

This his book has surpassed my already lofty expectations.

The pacing was well balanced, the plot twists were not ad hoc or arbitrary raising new questions while comfortably settling old ones.

a satisfying span of time was covered between the beginning and end of this book and by the end of this book you get a feeling that we are moving on to and an altogether new phase. A new beginning as the galaxy begins to stir and awaken from it's dogmatics slumbers.

One gets the feeling of vast immensity and limitless potential as Zach faces the future while simultaneously feeling more than a little sorrowful when considering how much he has lost and sacrificed to come as far as he has.

So many challenges yet to overcome. so many mysteries yet to be unveiled. I await with bated breath.
