This is an epic...

I read the paperback and loved it. The story adds so much to the Godfather saga, it's hard to describe. It fills in pieces of what was left out in Puzo's novel, and Falco's writing is even better than Puzo's. His dialogue and descriptions are amazing.
So, when I saw the audio-book was up, I bought it immediately.
As much as I liked reading it, I liked it even more with Bobby Cannavale's narration. His tone of voice, his accents of Italians and Irish are incredible.
I really can't recommend this audio-book enough.

The book puts out some theories that are a little hard to swallow, but I enjoyed hearing them. It was an interesting listen, at the very least.
Gary Malhiot did a great job reading. At times I found myself wondering how he managed to not laugh at what he was reading.

This has been a favorite short story of mine for a long time and this dramatization really did it justice.

Great stories, performance could be a bit better

I grew up reading these REH stories over and over again, and I've been looking for some good audio versions.
The performer's reading seemed a little fast at times, and his voice is a little too high, in my opinion. I've always imagined a deeper voice for Conan, and for most of REH's works.

A great read of a great novel

Steven Weber is the man. His read of this novel is powerful, heartfelt and poignant.
Frantic when the action calls for it, like when the Losers fight with the many faces of IT , but then low and touching when characters reminisce about the past.
The novel itself is one of King’s best, natch. Just an epic. The man is a master, pure and simple.
