I bought this because Reese Witherspoon told me to. This was the first book on her book club list that I didn’t love. It was flat and boring, but I finished it hoping it would get better. It didn’t. I gave it 2 stars because I was able to finish it. I wanted to know how it ended, but I was not very impressed. Maybe next time , Reese <3

I’m a 28-yr-old 5’3” female who is overweight. This workout was too easy, for the most part, but I had to slow the pace for the power walking because of foot pain. I upped the speed on the jogs though, hoping to make up for it (and because I felt it was a little too easy). I’m still pretty young and not terribly overweight, so it may be different for some people. I loved how the instructor told you exactly what to do, when, and tips/motivation the whole time!
