I’m a 28-yr-old 5’3” female who is overweight. This workout was too easy, for the most part, but I had to slow the pace for the power walking because of foot pain. I upped the speed on the jogs though, hoping to make up for it (and because I felt it was a little too easy). I’m still pretty young and not terribly overweight, so it may be different for some people. I loved how the instructor told you exactly what to do, when, and tips/motivation the whole time!

Motivation and instructions were good, and the workout was definitely geared towards beginners

I don’t have a treadmill so I just picked a trail that had varying small hills and attempted to match the speeds Jaime told us to walk or run during the session. I enjoyed that she still gave great cues on body mechanics and breathing.

I love the work outs but I can’t hardly hear her over the music. Is there any way to loose the music or turn it down?

This workout as directed was a little too easy for me but so I just increased my times overall and so it was a solid way for me to reintroduce me back to treadmill running

Nice way to ease back into treadmill

This motivated me to keep going!!!! I thought it was great! I can't wait to try the others!

Knocked this one out today after doing some strength training and repeating 1. Really enjoying these as add-ons to my regular workout. I wanted to build up my stamina with more cardio and these are right on time.

As someone who has never run before, this workout was too much too soon for me. 4.0 speed on a treadmill is jogging for me not speed walking. I felt like I was gonna fall off the treadmill. the incline to 4.0 right off the bat was frightening for someone like me with anxiety ir running. The first one was fine but remember the audience.
