This book presents a comprehensive review of stretches for any level of ability. It is very understandable, well organized and explains the purpose and benefits of the various exercises so the reader can make informed choices about which stretches to incorporate into his or her routine. I liked the gentle nudges and motivations woven throughout the book. Hate to admit it, but it's a book I need now.

Identifying the numerous AI tools currently available and their business applications is one of the strengths and valuable aspects of this book. Additionally it gently, but convincingly nudges the skeptical or hesitant reader to embrace AI and it's many benefits for business. At the same time it objectively identifies obstacles, inherent risks, current limitations and potential abuses of AI. This is a very well balanced, well written and informative treatise on AI. Highly recommended for anyone in business.
