Three novellas that take place at a Masquerade and the authors pint such a vivid picture. All so incredibly enchanting with that air of mystery and it’s a great addition to the Timeless Series. Strong female characters and men who have that brooding yet wanting to get married for all paint a perfect ballroom where the reader feels just the right amount of believable intrigue without one of the characters being a complete dolt. Each a unique tale about taking a chance on what’s behind the mask.
Kim Bretton reads this book and she has such a lovely accent. It’s easy to listen to because the authors really do a great job walking us around the room and meeting the characters.
Some novellas leave me with an unsatisfying conclusion. Each of these stories left me with that little sigh of contentment for the HEA.

There is so much drama in this book as per the title. A crazy family filled with problems but I liked the characters and it’s a quick listen.

I am a huge fan of this author and the narrator does this story justice. I love stories about married couples that have to choose to be still be happy. Filled with humor, but so much heart. Another win for me and close to my heart since I believe choosing love happens daily.

Louella and Finn are absolutely lovable and this author does such a good job making us completed enthralled in their story. Easy reading with plenty of laughs and heart. Absolutely a hoot author for me. The narrator does such a good job!!!!

Second chance at love

This is a story about adulting. When life isn’t easy and opportunities are exciting and terrifying. Nate is dreamy and has the patient of a saint. Love this town and it’s sweet Hallmark movie kind of vibes.

This author is a go to for me. Swoony romance? Check. Characters that pull you in and keep your soul attached? Check. Fun banter? Oh yeah. Izzy is adorable and I so wanted her to get some happy. And she does. It’s another fantastic book by one of my favorite authors. This narrator is also a favorite. She seriously does male leads perfectly. Like hello there Patrick. We all see you. Total win for me.

This author is an auto buy for me and this is no exception. I have the book, but this audio is fantastic! The narrator will have you falling in love with Reece from the very first time he speaks. The swooniest of stories with all the heart eyes.

A new epic tale

A new author for me and I enjoyed it. The world building was good and the characters were interesting. This will leave you hanging though, so be warned. A good versus evil story and I’m not sure where all the characters fall in that battle. Hoping there will be a happy ending!
